LeadLasso (ABN 91 165 998 750) provides AI workflow automation design, build, and management services to Australian businesses. The specific services provided are outlined in each client's engagement agreement.
Our standard engagement involves a one-time setup fee of $995, followed by monthly service fees as specified in the engagement agreement. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Setup fees are due on engagement commencement.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis following the initial 3-month build and optimisation period. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial period. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
All systems built by LeadLasso in the client's own platform accounts (GoHighLevel, Make.com, CRM, etc.) become the property of the client on completion. LeadLasso retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, templates, and frameworks, which are licensed (not transferred) to clients during the engagement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the engagement. LeadLasso will not share client business information, customer data, or proprietary processes with third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law.
LeadLasso's liability for any claim arising from or in connection with its services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. LeadLasso is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
LeadLasso warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. No warranty is given that automation systems will be error-free or that specific business outcomes will be achieved. Performance depends on factors including the client's existing systems, data quality, and market conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
